NAWBO member, Lauren Jayne, president of Xibeo,
an Oxnard-based WBENC certified company specializing in custom and
portable trade show exhibit solutions, founded her company with
partner Theron Whitney in 2001. Operating out of a living room
after a three-year stint at another firm, Jayne, then a single
mother of two, and her partner Whitney grew this humble start-up to become a
multi-million dollar success, serving clients locally, nationally,
and worldwide.
